Yes, absolutely. As long as they are in network with your insurance. The network of specialists available to you is based on your health plan’s specialist directory, not by Reliance. If your specialist is included in your plan’s directory, we can refer you to them. However, we encourage our patients to see our preferred specialists. We have developed a comprehensive coordination care process with our preferred specialists and they are located within our community.
We are always looking to extend our services, currently we have mammography busses coming to our centers monthly and we will work with an imaging provider that is in network with your insurance if needed.
Patients of Value Based Health plans are automatically enrolled in the complimentary Wellness Center.
The Winter Haven facility is expected to move to its new building and be open by February 2020.
